Event Trendsetter is a premier Los Angeles and Orange County Indian Wedding Planner.  This special package has been custom-made for our ethnically diverse (Indian, Pakistani, Bengali, Sri Lankan…) clientele as an “all inclusive package”.   It is specifically designed for weddings and includes not only the wedding ceremony and reception, but two additional events of the client’s choice.  The Client may include a garba and mehndi party to this package along with the wedding to create the package.  Other options include sangeet, bridal shower, haldi ceremony, nikkah, engagement party, etc.    Services will include the following:

  • Print Material Selection assistance – Invitations, Save-the-Date Cards, Maps, Programs, Place Cards, Menu Cards, Thank You Notes, and more
  • Wedding Decor Selection Assistance – Centerpieces, Linens, Ceremony Decor
  • Ceremony and Reception Location Scouting
  • Pre-interviewing/Evaluation of all Vendors
  • Vendor Meeting Scheduling and Accompaniment to Meetings
  • Reviewing and Negotiating all Vendor Estimates, Proposals, and Contracts
  • Vendor Liaison Role – Communicating your style and preference to vendors
  • Day-Of Itinerary Creation – For the bride, bridal party, guests and vendors
  • Vendor Contact Sheet Creation – Ensuring Full Organization of Event
  • On-Site Coordination at Rehearsal (2 Hours of Direction)
